I would say that people — I think in good art, rather than discover emotions, which are predictable responses to specific situations, people discover feelings, like something happens or you see something, and it gives you a new feeling that opens you to more of life. ((Cloaca, Emotionally Charged, Intellect And The Passions)) I want to give people feelings. I don’t want to give them emotions. And feelings cannot be defined in the same way that emotions can.
