Satan is the name of the absolutely oppressive, absolutely authoritative, absolutely ruling god. That’s very real stuff, and we’ve all been subjected to that. But part of liberation is becoming awake to it, becoming aware of it. But no, I like to refer to myself as the world’s leading Satanologist, which is of course silly. But frankly, I’m literally the only serious theologian that writes about Satan. So, that’s one of the things that distinguishes me, that makes me unique as a theologian.
