Black Faced Sheep
Some have heard of black faced sheep in Yorkshire. Say, “Hey, you guys,” sort of thing. Say, “Yes, we love it!” It’s interesting a lot of them have defrocked stockbrokers or people like that; people who have enough of the city come to the countryside.1 You speak to these people, “Hello, how are you? Wonderful!” And you think “Gosh, the salt of the soil instead it’s a lot of posh ex-stockbroker who’s come to meat!”2 But thank goodness he’s here because they are producing great ingredients and animals.
