Well, no one discovers anything on their own, and you always stand on the shoulders of giants, but well, when I was in university, obviously in the courses you learn, certainly in the UK, you don’t learn about the brain at school. ((Avoid Those Pitfalls, Grand Exaggeration, Start On Guitar)) And when I was at school, anyway I did classics, I didn’t do sciences at all. I did Latin and Greek and Ancient History and Math, so I didn’t do Biology at all. ((Earth Armor, Eclectic Kind Of Place)) So, yeah, I learned about these things when I was at university, and you talk to people and that’s the time as always when you read and think and listen to people, so you don’t just do it in a vacuum on your own. ((Art School)) You’re in an environment that gives you the opportunity to pick up on things, and then you start to join up the dots. ((Education)) And of course, really that’s what education is all about.
