Well, anyone who’s — I mean there’s all these — I’m sure thousands of books have been written, if not — or maybe hundreds of books have been written on the subject of humor and how I’m sure it’s probably a defensive mechanism, if you make people laugh, they won’t kill you or attack you. So, I mean clearly it’s a way of anticipatorily diffusing any kind of animus or anger towards you, and making — getting people to like you or notice you I suppose. So, it’s an attention getting device I’m sure. ((Attention On Themsleves))

 

But I don’t know, it’s also — at a certain point you amuse yourself. I mean if nobody else will amuse you, you have to amuse yourself, what can you do? So, it’s not something you consciously set out to do. It just becomes a habit and you just do it.
